The kitchen is managed directly by the family, offers typical Trentino dishes such as polenta, tosèla (the fresh cheese of the valley), luganeghe (tipical sausage of the valley), trout and fresh mushrooms, as well as seasonal dishes made with fresh and genuine products.

For meat lovers, there are always on the menu, mixed grills, sliced beef and deer, fillets with green pepper, as well as the classic game stew with polenta.

On order, we make grilled Fiorentine and ribs of various sizes, of local meat, Irish and Angus.

The house organizes dinners and banquets to order, for ceremonies of various types.
