The kitchen, run by our own Alessandro, offers typical Trentino dishes from the area; in fact, like polenta, tosèla (the valley’s fresh cheese), luganeghe, trout and fresh mushrooms, and our game, and we also offer seasonal dishes made with fresh, wholesome products. For meat lovers, there are always mixed grills on the menu with T-bone steaks and ribs of various sizes.
For discerning palates, we offer a choice of local beef cuts and fine international cuts. Our love for our work leads us to always experiment with new combinations to enhance the taste of our dishes, and make you experience new emotions that we hope will remain etched not only in your mind but also in your taste buds.
By reservation, we organize dinners and banquets, for ceremonies of various kinds.
